With a proud legacy of over 40 years in the production of high-precision CNC components, Davturn has earned its reputation as a trusted supplier to multiple industries. Known for producing complex, specialist parts ranging from 2mm to 51mm in diameter, the company manufactures in batch volumes from hundreds to thousands, with applications spanning a wide range of sectors.
Founded by Managing Director Mark Birley, and now joined by his son Matt Birley, Davturn is entering an exciting new phase of growth. The company is investing heavily in the latest machining technology — including state-of-the-art sliding head CNC machines (up to 32mm) and fixed head lathes (up to 51mm) — as it scales its capabilities to meet the growing demands of the UK supply chain.
Davturn’s services cover the full production journey, from concept and design through to sample development and final manufacturing — all delivered with a customer-first approach and highly competitive pricing.
